North again to Chiang Rai

Chiang Rai was like a little Chiang Mai, even more laid back and less hectic. We spent one night here - not that we'd planned to - we had failed to make the connecting bus upon arrival in Chiang Rai by only 10 minutes. However this over night stay was great!
